OpenSSL for Netbeans? How to Set-up?

I am using Windowsx64, with Netbeans. I need to install OpenSSL for Netbeans IDE, but I have no idea how to do it. All I see online are Linux instructions.

I downloaded the OpenSSL source code, but didn't see any Windows installers.

How do I install OpenSSL in Windows and get it to work with Netbeans so my projects can build correctly?
