Remotedesktopacces not working

Hey Guys i installed now on my Linux Debian Root a Windows Server 2012 R2 Standart Vserver with Virtualbox.

So now i want that i can access from my home Pc to the Windows server Via Remotedesktop. But its not working.. and yeah remotedesktop is activated, i can access from the Vserver to the Vserver via Remote. How can i make it work? I tried to install the Server new but doesnt work either. Would be awesome if you would Answer this thread and i would be really happy when we can fix this problem
