Windows 7 disk space usage

In my windows 7 desktop system, I have total 40 GB space. Currently only 2 GB is free.

I need to check what all folders are taking more space so that unwanted content can be remove.

let me know how to do it. Want to do it windows inbuild utility. Wont be able to download any tool.
