Windows 10 services not starting after upgrade

I have an windows 8.1 machine. I did the upgrade to windows 10.

But the auto start registered with windows8.1 are not starting after upgrading to 10.1

I need to restart the machine or need to start the service manually , to start it. Registry entry are coming perfectly fine. The dependent services to my service started properly. Issue is with my service only.

Can any one suggest what may be the reason ?
