Location path from WMI - #PCI(0000) vs #PCI(0)

(1) is hardcoded into our codebase. I get (2) from querying using the SetupApi (http://ift.tt/1y1v1YW).

Is (1) the same as (2)? I'm trying to Google on Windows device management structure, but couldn't find anything. I just need to make sure that it's the same...
