In my opinion, I have "successfully" ported a benchmark application names INTERBENCH for Linux to Windows.
I found that by running my WINDOWS version INTERBENCH, the CPU usage is very likely to hit almost 100% everytime for every background tasks.
But INTERBENCH in linux is able to control the CPU usage as much as it needed for each background tasks.
Is it due to different OS behavior ? or I was doing the Windows version Interbench wrong. Thank a lots in advance.
