How to install gmagick php extension on windows

Anyone has done a successful gmagick php install on windows? how?

I have been trying with this:

graphicsmagick:

GraphicsMagick-1.3.21-Q16-win32-dll.exe

and environment variable MAGICK_HOME pointing to the dlls from pecl.php.net

• windows 7 sp1 x64


• apache 2.4.4 and 2.4.9


• php 5.5.0 and 5.5.23


• I'm using x86 TS php

The moment I enable the extension and restart apache, apache just keeps restarting:

I'm already using this on apache
