Hakintosh inside a VM. What are some good hardware profiles or models for this setup?

I want layout decent coin for a beefy box that can run VMs and whatnot. Ideally I'd like to switch between OSX, Windows and Linux.

Question: What are some good Hackintosh hardware profiles or models for this setup?

Obviously Mac Pro would work, but I'm looking specifically for Hackintosh solution to maximize ROI for both OSX VMs and others (e.g. Linux, Windows, etc.)

Thoughts? Ideas?
