Checking which of my batchs don't send mail

I have a lot of windows batchs that are supposed to get data from a specific software and then send a mail in a specific hour (some batchs are running two times a day, others in the end of the day...).

My question is that sometimes some batchs don't send email ( if there is problem in data extraction ) and i want to detect this batchs without adding codes (Like adding "echo" in the begin , end of the batch ) and without using Log files because these will takes me a lot of times (about 320 batchs...)(i can find these batchs by looking in receiver e-mail and then know which batch have not send mail but these takes me also lot of times).

I just want to know if there is a tool or software (with dashbord) that can help me to know if all my batch have runned correctly OR know which of my batchs haven't send mail, or if you know some tips i can use in OUTLOOK to make an alert if i don't get mail in the specific time.

Any other idea is welcoming

Thank you for your help.
