android and windows authentication synchronization

I want to synchronization the windows authentication with the android. some one who have user id of windows server . can Login with that user id and password in the android app.same password for the windows app and windows desktop Login . i have a windows server.in short one username password and work for both windows desktop and android application for the authentication
