Chef Cookbook for Eclipse IDE for Windows OS

I am new to Chef for my work I need a Chef CookBook for Eclipse for Windows OS,Can please someone provide a pointer if there is already available CookBook for Eclipse for Windows OS.Otherwise how can I modify the CookBook for Eclipse for Linux OS.Request for suggestion.
