Windows Visual Studio Express 2013 error "No Target Architecture"

I'm working off a tutorial for writing a Windows Kernel Mode Driver: Write a KMDF Hello World driver

And I keep getting these errors:

This is despite me playing with the Configuration Manager for hours:

I'm pretty much at my wit's end. Anyone understands what's going on? For comparison's sake, I can build the driver just fine with the x64 Free Build Environment using the Windows Driver Console exclusively, but I prefer the IDE. Also, I'm not seeing any templates for Drivers in Visual Studio:
