Ruby on windows7. guard init. Win32::Registry::Error issue

When i use gem guard, and put guard init in console i get:

C:/Ruby193/lib/ruby/1.9.1/win32/registry.rb:587:in `read': 
The system cannot find the file specified. 
(Win32::Registry::Error)

How to solve this problem?
