Windows multipoint server 2012 cannot connect to the session on take control and project

I am using Windows Multipoint Server 2012 Premium evaluation version. I am able to create two stations. One running an admin user account and the other standard user account (non-admin). I am able to monitor the non-admin session in Multipoint Dashboard app. I am also able to launch and close apps as well as send and receive IM.

I am facing trouble in taking control of the non-admin session or projecting my(admin's) display onto it. On the non-admin display I see a message "Administrator now has control of your keyboard and mouse". While, on the admin window I see the error: "The Take Control action failed. Multipoint cannot connect to the session." Similarly, when I try to project my display, I see "Projection failed. Unable to connect to session."

How can I fix this?
