Visual studio 2015 cpt6 : The system cannot find the file specified

I just installed Windown 10 with VS 2015 CPT 6 and when I'm trying to run a project it gives me this error : Error trying to run the project : The system cannot find the file specified. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks !
