Multiple NIC with static IP routing issue

I have a PC with windows server 2008 that have two NICs, I have static IPs for both NIC.

1st NIC IP: 10.14.5.30 Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0 Gateway: 10.14.5.254

The 1st NIC is for Internet local sharing.

2nd NIC IP: 192.168.214.61 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Gateway: 192.168.214.1

The 2nd NIC is for private network (private applications). The private applications IPs are (192.168.88.17 & 172.20.2.5).

My problem is when I enable both networks I can not accesses any thing neither Internet nor the private applications.

I tried to add routes using CMD but it's did not worked, below is my cmd codes for routing.

route -p ADD 0.0.0.0 MASK 0.0.0.0 10.14.5.1 METRIC 11 route -p ADD 192.168.88.17 MASK 255.255.255.255 192.168.214.1 METRIC 7 route -p ADD 172.20.2.5 MASK 255.255.255.255 192.168.214.1 METRIC 7

by the way I did not add the gateway for both NICs.

so could you please help me about this.
