Can't load Wintab32.dll, command prompt not helpful

Trying to open Smoothdraw, a tablet art program to work with a Monoprice tablet. My computer crashed suddenly, which is I imagine the cause of all this. Pressure differentiation isn't happening. When I open Smoothdraw, I get this:

The module "WINTAB32.DLL" was loaded but the entry-point DllUnregisterServer was not found.

When I run regsvr32 /u WINTAB32.DLL in command prompt, I get: System.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL "WinTab32.dll": A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.

I can't find a replacement driver, and I'm getting backlogged on work that requires this tablet. What do I do?
