How to do Tic-Tac-Toe by PARSE API?

I want to program the game of Tic-Tac-Toe in visual studio 2013(asp.net web application) with JQuery language to make it online, I found a way to do it with PARSE.COM, but I do not know exactly how to do this, Any one can help me? right now I have the game in client side, only thing that i need is the communication via Parse.com
