How to use Pthread.h for 64 bit operating system

I have set up all the include files, libs and .dll paths in Visual Studio 2010.

Are there some build instructions available for cross compiling or a link where pthread.h, sched.h and semaphore.h specific to a 64 bit operating system?

I cannot change the Configuration properties for x86 platform, as I'm using other libraries which are configured for x64 platforms.
