Can't Find Real Mode Boot Sector

I am trying to install Ubuntu alongside Win 8.1. I could create the partition and install Ubuntu. But upon restarting, I got "Missing: \ubuntu\winboot\wubildr.mbr" error. I looked up to solve this error and somewhere I found that deleting the ID from Real-Mode Boot Sector would help. I gave it a try(unfortunately, I did not store the identifiers). And now, it is directly going to Windows(No options for choosing Ubuntu).

The 'bcdedit' on the command prompt looks like this:

C:\Windows\system32>bcdedit

Windows Boot Manager
--------------------
identifier {bootmgr}
device partition=\Device\HarddiskVolume1
path \EFI\Microsoft\Boot\bootmgfw.efi
description Windows Boot Manager
locale en-US
inherit {globalsettings}
integrityservices Enable
default {current}
resumeobject {b27c8765-a1b7-11e4-8f68-ca0d32a621a3}
displayorder {current}
toolsdisplayorder {memdiag}
timeout 10

Windows Boot Loader
-------------------
identifier {current}
device partition=C:
path \Windows\system32\winload.efi
description Windows 8.1
locale en-US
inherit {bootloadersettings}
recoverysequence {b27c8767-a1b7-11e4-8f68-ca0d32a621a3}
integrityservices Enable
recoveryenabled Yes
isolatedcontext Yes
allowedinmemorysettings 0x15000075
osdevice partition=C:
systemroot \Windows
resumeobject {b27c8765-a1b7-11e4-8f68-ca0d32a621a3}
nx OptIn
bootmenupolicy Standard

C:\Windows\system32>

How do I get back the identifiers(instead of displaying just {current}) and the Real-Mode Boot Sector? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
