VBScript to Sync the folder using Robo Copy between windows 2003 servers?

I am trying to use Robocopy command to keep the secondary server is in sync with primary server. Please help me with the VB sciprt using Robocopy with below requirements.

1. Stop the application windows service.


2. Sync the complete application Folder from the primary server to secondary server.


3. start the applicationwindows service on primary server.


4. End the program.

Primary server: windows 2003 server Secondary Server: Windows 2003 server Application Folder Size: 1 GB
