Windows XP: grunt is not recognized as an internal or external command

I'm using Windows XP

I have installed node, npm and grunt-cli. I've added all the paths to the environment variable, tried restaring the computer, followed all guides and questions/answers here on SO but I still get the "grunt is not recognized as an internal or external command" error

What else can I do?
