Windows CE 6.0 DLL import to Windows 7

I have a legacy application written in WINCE 6.0. I want to make a similar Windows 7 desktop application so that I can run the application from any standard Windows machine.

The problem is this Win CE application uses a DLL for doing some security key generation.

Can I use import this WIN CE DLL and use its functions in the Windows desktop application?
