Windows 7 Select Text as in Chrome or Notepad++

This issue may seem silly, but it drives me nuts. I do a lot files renaming in windows 7 and i select parts of text often.

The problem is when i double click on a word it also selects the space after it.

Or if the text contains special characters like "-" or "#" it doesn't stop the selection on them, it recognize them like normal letters.

Also triple click doesn't select the whole text...

So is there an app or something that can add this features?
