VBscript access to windows 7 User profiles Copy to

Good Day,

I wondering if anyone can tell me if it is possible to automate the following with VBScript

I need to produce the "copy profile to" part.

I can do the change owner with a WMI call.

I'm not sure how this differs from a straight file copy but it seemed to make the difference in testing
