Start Apache en MySQL on boot on a Windows Server 2012r2

I've installed XAMPP on a Windows 2012r2 server but I'm noticing the web applications running on that server often aren't available. I believe this is due to the fact that the server sometimes reboots and waits for a user to sign in. After that XAMPP controlpanel (or at least the services for Apache and MySQL) are not running so I have to fire them up manually. After that everything works like a charm again.

Is there a way to fire up those services on boot without having a user to sign in first?
