Secure VPN Connection terminated because of slow WAN links

I would like to share a workaround for Cisco VPN on slow WAN links.

Environment: Op.Sys Windows 8.1
VPN: Cisco VPN Client 5.0.07.0440

Every 2 o 3 minutes, I got this error:

Secure VPN Connection terminated locally by the Client. Reason 412: The remote peer is no longer responding.

and I had to restart the VPN Connection.
