Removing Windows 10 Technical Preview update

So I chose to be part of Windows 10 Technical Preview team and clicked the Get Started button. I was hoping it will download the ISO file for me and then let me install it myself, because this is my main machine and I was planning to install Win10 on a VM. Instead it download a small bootstrap, running which did something and then asked me to restart my machine. Frightened, I clicked Close button, and fortunately it didn't do anything wrong. But now I'm quite sure it will start downloading and installing Win10 once I restart my machine. I checked the Google machine and it looks like the file I executed is named gdr_stub.exe and that it does something to Windows Updates. I checked my Windows Updates too and didn't see anything related to Win10 in there.

How can I undo the things that this file has done to my machine? Is it safe to restart my machine now?
