Read file from NTFS drive inside VHD using CLI

I'm looking for a console tool, that will allow me to extract files from the NTFS volume stored inside compressed VHD image without extracting the NTFS volume itself (the volume is huge and it will take a long time and space). It is possible to do using 7-Zip GUI, but I need to automate this task on multiple machines, so I need some solution using CLI.
