How to intercept (or be informed of) all possible ways of executing Windows "Show the Desktop" and "Minimize All" commands

My project involves displaying a topmost window which should behave like application window except for the way it handles Win+D Win+M and taskbar right-click context menu respectful commands. It should hide the main content area while getting the command "Show the desktop" from Windows OS. And restore itself when clicked on small area located at the top of the windows desktop or getting another Win+D toggler command. I managed to handle the hotkeys Win+D Win+M by using Global Keyboard Hooks, but I still need to handle the case where the command is executed from the taskbar context menu. How can I achieve this?
