How to bring other application to front using process Id c# winforms

I need a situation to bring other applications to bring front as Active window, even if it is minimized.

How could i do that.?

I googled many sites, and got SetForeGroundWindow(), ShowWindow(), etc., but nothing worked.

Please guide me. I'm using Windows 7.

The application to get Front is the input which I get from user.

Any help is needful. I have no knowledege in it.
