Count total cpu usage of a process on Windows?

Is there a tool that will tell me the total CPU time (or maybe total cycles) a process has consumed? Preferrably when the process has exited.

I know about Process Hacker and I can see the total cycles used but alt-tabbing out messes my benchmarking method and when the process exits the info is lost.

One example use case is this: Load a map in a game, finish it and exit. See the total CPU usage. Do it with another version of the game and compare the effectiveness of the code.

(Forget about framerate please)
