How to sync file between my local drive and google docs

I have a Google sheet file shared with some users, i want this same file to be downloaded to my companies networks drive shared folder at a particular interval, So that when the document is edited in Google sheet, the sames version is updated on the network drive shared folder.

Any idea how to achieve this. Regrads
