Symbolic Directory Link not working

I just migrated my windows installation to an SSD. As a result, I kept my user\\Documents on the standard HDD.

I am now having an issue with a symbolic link that directs

c:\users\chad\documents to r:\users\chad\documents

The other symbolic links for users\chad\desktop, music, pictures, downloads all work, but the documents link says that

The system cannot find the path specified.

See image attached showing the link (junction) setup, but then getting the error when trying to change to that directory. You can also see in that image that changing to the Desktop director works just fine.
