Resizing folder System Volume Information

I have Windows 7 Professional 64bit and I have problem with resizing of System Volume Information. I was surprised when I discovered that it takes 50% of my drive. So I changed it by going this way: Advanced System Settings -> System Protection tab -> Select system drive and click "Configure" -> Here I saw that it takes 50% of my drive which is almost 60GB... I resized it to 10%.

And everything was fine. But after few days/weeks, no idea because I didn't check space on my drive everyday, it was set back to 50%. So I chagned it again, and after some days it happened again. Then I found other solution which says to use the following command: vssadmin resize shadowstorage /on=[drive letter]: /For=[drive letter]: /MaxSize=[maximum size]

And I thought that it solved my problems, but today I find out that its back...

Its very annoying and I hope that I will find the answer here....

BTW I think that it is changing to 50% after each Windows update, but I have no idea why this is happening.

Please help me! :)
